William W. Campbell was born at Berlin (Kitchener), Ontario, June 1, 1861. Educated at The University of Toronto and at Cambridge, Mass., he was ordained to the Church of England ministry in 1885 and soon afterwards was appointed to a parish in New England. Returning to Canada in 1888, he became Rector of St. Stephen, N.B.
